As a rule, such pipes are produced economizing the raw material and technologies, with no control and unpredictable mechanical characteristics.

To test the raw material and ready-made product, NewPlast Company possesses an up-to-date quality control laboratory that is furnished with equipments of the world's leading manufacturers. In accordance with the NewPlast Company policy regarding the quality, the technical possibilities of the laboratory are constantly widened.
The Company is in close touch with scientific centers and profile enterprises of a number of counties.
The laboratory possesses equipments for operative control over the technological discipline of production lines (6-10 control-posts for line).
The quality control over the ready-made product is carried out in accordance with the demands of international standards. NewPlast pipes undergo continuous weighting (more than 8000 hours) at high pressure and temperature (up to 100 bar and 95oC), and load impact. Thermo-physical characteristics and the quality of the gluing layer are periodically checked.
The laboratory carries out quality control over the connection between the pipe and the fitting at continuous cyclic changes of the temperature and pressure.
All the pipe batches undergo testing.
The positive results of product testing are the guarantee of perfect and problemless exploitation of pipes and fittings during 50 years.
The durability of pipes for 90% depends on raw material formula.
The incoming raw material and its main characteristics are controlled by the laboratory.

The laboratory possesses the following test-methods:
• Index of melt fluidity – this characteristic determines the polymer molecular weight and the product quality to resist deformation during continuous weighting. Only the best polymer trademarks are applicable for pipe production.
• Melting temperature curve – this characteristic determines the technological mode of reprocessing, and its analysis reveals how well-orders the polymer structure is. Only the best polymer trademarks have a highly ordered structure.
• Level of linkage – this characteristic determines the level of the modified polymer and allows forecasting the long trickle life of conjunctions with metal fittings. Only the best polymer trademarks with satisfactory level of linkage are applicable for usage in pipe production.
• Abruption resistance – this characteristic determines the resistance features of the material and the pipe capability to resist high pressures. Only the best polymer trademarks are applicable for usage in pipe production.
